Springstep is located at 98 George P. Hassett Drive in Medford Square—directly across from Medford City Hall, minutes from downtown Boston, and adjacent to I-93, Route 60, and Route 16.

From the North
I-93 South: Take I-93 South to exit 32 (Route 60 - Medford Square/Malden). Proceed down the ramp. Enter rotary and take the 1st exit, merging onto Route 60 West/Salem Street toward Medford Square/Arlington. Take your first left onto River Street. At the end of the road turn left onto Riverside Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. At the 1st traffic light, turn left onto Clipper Ship Drive. Springstep’s glass facade will be immediately visible.

I-93 North: Take I-93 North to exit 32 (Route 60 - Medford Square/Malden). Proceed down the ramp. Enter rotary and take the 3rd exit, merging onto Route 60 West/Salem Street toward Medford Square/Arlington. Take your first left onto River Street. At the end of the road turn left onto Riverside Avenue. Stay in right hand lane. At the 1st traffic light, turn left onto Clipper Ship Drive. Springstep’s glass facade will be immediately visible.

From the West:
Rt. 2 East: From Rt. 2 East, exit to the left onto US-3 North / Rt. 16 East toward Arlington/Medford. Continue on Rt. 16 for 1.4 miles and enter the next roundabout. Take the 2nd exit and continue on Rt. 16 East for 1.2 miles, passing Whole Foods on your right and crossing over the Mystic River. Exit to the right via the SOUTH ST / MA-38 exit ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto MA-38/Main Street and immediately get in the right hand lane. At the fork, turn right onto Clipper Ship Drive. As you reach the 1st set of traffic lights, Springstep’s glass facade will be visible directly in front of you. Proceed straight through the intersection. See parking below.
High St. (Rt. 60 East) and Broadway in Arlington: Continue on Rt. 60 East (High St.) and enter the Rt. 60/Rt. 38 roundabout. Take the 2nd exit to continue on Rt. 60. At the traffic lights in Medford Square, continue straight ahead onto Riverside Ave. Stay in the right hand lane. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Clipper Ship Drive. Springstep’s glass facade will be visible directly in front of you. See parking below.
From the East
Route 16 West: Exit at Medford Square/Main St./Mystic Ave. At end of exit ramp, turn left and remain in the right lane. At the fork, turn right onto Clipper Ship Drive. As you reach the 1st set of traffic lights, Springstep’s glass facade will be visible directly in front of you. Proceed straight through the intersection. See parking below.
Route 60 West: Take Route 60 West to the rotary below I-93. Enter the rotary and take the 2nd exit, continuing onto Route 60 West/Salem Street toward Medford Square/Arlington. Take your first left onto River Street. At the end of the road turn left onto Riverside Avenue. Stay in the right hand lane. At the 1st traffic light, turn left onto Clipper Ship Drive. Springstep’s glass facade will be immediately visible. See parking below.
Parking
Parking is available beneath Springstep and on George P. Hassett Dr. After 6 pm and on weekends, parking is also available in the municipal lots behind City Hall and in the Commuter Lot across the street. Both of these lots are accessible from Clipper Ship Drive. Curbside parking is also available on Salem St. and Riverside Ave.
